The staff was helpful and went above
The room was spacious and modern, though the check-in process felt a bit slow, especially with a long queue. A pleasant experience in a good location.

we had a recently refurbished room where a vending machine, a writing table, and a lounge where available.

I was offered a room with awesome views of the Tokyo skyline. A lounge, armchairs, and a living room were standard, but I enjoyed that. The breakfast was local, the check in was efficient. Everything was nice, including a shared lounge and a library available. The location was particularly good - ease of access to Wa Space.
No.

Totally recommend for a brief hiatus
Spacious room, comfortable bed, and pro customer service make this hotel an excellent choice for a weekend getaway. My enjoyable experience included the friendly staff quickly delivering our requests and a prime location just a 5-minute walk from the subway.
Nothing, it is perfect without adding further information.

The use of the club lounge made things a little easier
You made me for breakfast (2900 Yen for each person) even though it was for free in the lounge which is not fair . Also the hotel refused to take out of the room charge and informed me that it is your booking agent who made the mistake.

The gym facilities were adequate for a business stay, and the buffet breakfast was abundant with fresh options including pastries and organic juices. I enjoyed the dining experience at the steakhouse, where the service was prompt and the quality of the food was great. The staff was also impressively attentive, providing assistance with any requests efficiently.
The only downside was the initial check-in process, which took longer than anticipated.

Fantastic views of Tokyo Tower and great breakfast spread-an eggs benedict station, wow! Staff was courteous and responded swiftly to requests.
Room was dated and had a faint smell of smoke. Definitely needs an update to meet expectations.

We were upgraded to Level 33 where the room decor and views were great. Excellent service, huge buffet breakfast included and wonderful cocktail bar on 36.
Great Service, loved the Instant Service on the phone in room. Lovely decor and amenities, Espresso machine a winner and mini bar well stocked. Great views. Beautiful Pool.
Being on the executive level we didn't have to - but paying a hefty price to sit/swim in the beautiful outdoor pool seemed excessive. Also no pool side service - had to go to window to order and pick up.

The staff was very friendly and the service was absolutely wonderful. I enjoyed the Club lounge. It is worth the upgrade. The man that checked me in quoted me one price for the club lounge upgrade and then I got a note under my door that he misquoted me and it was actually half the price. And that they applied that to my bill. Very nice as I already agreed to double the price.
the room was slightly outdated and small. But in all honesty it wasn't that bad. Very quickly it becomes home away from home. The food is so expensive there too. Even a simple pizza and diet coke (cheapest thing in their cafe style restaurant was more then 40$.)

Just a decent option for a mini-break over the weekend in Tokyo with reasonable price. The lobby restaurant had great breakfasts that satisfied my picky eaters. Try to arrive early to avoid delays in check-in.

This is a very good business impeccably clean hotel providing well-organised and good looking rooms. Staff is helpful and patient and you can park your car on site. The restaurant food is OUTSTANDING, and the breakfast offered is sumptuous and extensive with the protein options and Western kinds of food, as for instance. Thank you for a perfectly pleasant stay.

Good location and nice freindly staff.
Poor breakfast quality for an International hotel. When we wer there there was no fresh bread, stale cheese, and eggs were "heated" and not fresh - This is pretty standard in even mid range hotels. Room size was good, but bathroom size was small in relative terms.
